EU approves tougher copyright rules!

Reuters just reported that EU governments backed European Commission’s move to protect Europe’s creative industries and that sharing platforms like YouTube and Instagram will have to install filters to prevent users from uploading copyrighted materials and sign licensing agreements with creators to use their work.
