Last week, Pinterest began rolling out – not only their streamlined new look – but their tracking tool Pinterest Web Analytics.
Already a great marketing tool, Pinterest now allows brands to track their progress by:
- identifying their most popular content with metrics including “most repinned” and “most clicked”
- tracking which dates and times are popular with visitors
- how many users have visited your site via Pinterest
You can narrow your review by date, and easily click through your stats:
How to Access Your Pinterest Analytics
To find your stats, open the dropdown menu in the top right of Pinterest. If you haven’t already done so, scroll to the very bottom and try out Pinterest’s “New Look.” (If you don’t see that option, don’t fret. Give Pinterest a day or two to finish their roll-out.)
Make sure you’ve verified your website. You can accomplish this in settings, but you may need to contact your site’s host to complete the process. Only Pinterest accounts with verified websites can access Analytics.
Click on “Analytics” in that right-hand dropdown, and start looking at your stats!
