Every business should create a comprehensive persona for every ideal client being targetted, that can be referred to any time you are creating content with them in mind. Each avatar should speak to the following points:

  1. Age
  2. Gender
  3. Marital status
  4. Occupation
  5. Income
  6. Car
  7. What they do for entertainment
  8. Problems they have that you don’t solve
  9. People & networks – traditional & social networks — they follow
  10. Events do they attend?
  11. More

It’s also important to understand how a persona feels.

  • What will happen if they buy?
  • What will happen if they DON’T buy?
  • What WON’T happen if they buy?
  • What WON’T happen if they DON’T buy?
  • What scares them about buying?
  • What excites them about buying?
