People tell me I have trust issues.
I say people have problems being trustworthy, and I’m glad to know that.
The same thing applies to about integrity — doing the right thing even when no one is looking — because here’s the thing. People are always looking and — right or wrong — judging you by your actions.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and in times like this, at least for me, it means collaboration. Collaboration with people who’ve shown they’re trustworthy and act with integrity — values that are key to me — and I suggest they do the same.
Some see my trust issues as a problem. For me it’s an acquired skill. What do you think?
