It is with great sadness that the family of Curtis IVAN Reid announces his passing on August 21, 2022.
He passed very peacefully in the early morning hours at Scarborough General hospital surrounded by family.
Curtis was the much-loved husband of Georgina (Jean), father of Heather (Brian O’Connor) and Susan (Jamie Sutcliffe), proud grandfather of James Jarvie (Stephanie), Anne MacLachlan (Devon), Valerie Offinga, Susan O’Connor, Megan O’Connor, Tyler Sutcliffe (Lizzy), Michael O’Connor and Alison O’Connor.
Curtis was blessed with great-grandchildren (Dante, Summer Jean, Adalina, Fox, and Curtis James. Family visits always brought a smile to his face and joy to his heart.
In a family of nine children, he was the last of seven boys born to his parents, Archelaus and Ethel Reid, and leaves with memories his brother William (Bill) who resides in Hearts Delight, Newfoundland where Curtis was born.
