Mailchimp is an email marketing and automation applications with many features.

Originally founded in 2001 by Ben Chestnut and Mark Armstrong, Intuit acquired the company in 2021.

Shortly thereafter, Mailchimp suffered two data breaches via social engineering. Once in 2022 and once in 2023.

Mailchimp discontinued their free account offering in 2019, however at time of writing this post, they offer a 14-day free trial, and entry pricing starts at Cdn. $28.77/month for up to 500 subscribers.
