Sue began her management career at Plastic Contact Lens Company (Canada) Limited, a Toronto company owned by the Hermant family of Toronto. Sue relocated to Durham Region in 1989 and shortly thereafter started her first company, managing staff — 7 at peak, contractors 30-35 at peak and of course her many clients and their teams.
